Your responsibilities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, tactics, objectives, performance goals, to increase sales and customer development for existing customers.
- Provide leadership to maximise profitability and growth in line with PPS objectives. Including but not limited to delivering sales budget and growth with acquisition of new projects at existing customer & projects at new targeted customers
- Develop relationships with Senior Management at all key accounts & targeted new customers, to support the customer and maintain long term customer relationship
- Expansion of the sales network by acquisition new project at existing customer and targeted new customers, including the development of promising customers inline with Sales Management objectives & targets
- Representing VARTA PPS at relevant exhibitions, trade fairs and sales meetings
- Analysing and communicating market trends, competitors and customer feedback to Product Management and the Head of Sales in order to derive relevant measures to drive the business to growth
- Define and negotiate commercial term and conditions (Quotations, contract/ agreements…) in respect of all key accounts & targeted new accounts in conjunction with Sales Management
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration or similar qualification
- Technical understanding in sales of Li-Ion custom battery packs
- Sales & Key Account Management (including account strategy, tactics, sales planning)
- New Business Development (including market requirements vs VARTA capabilities
- International Experience
- Negotiation, prioritization & communication skills at all company levels
- IT competency in Microsoft office applications
- Technical or Business Degree
- SAP Experience
