Your tasks
- Identification and assessment of key process parameters in electrode production
- Analyzing of physical and electrochemical properties of electrodes and their intermediates
- Understanding of relevant influences of process parameters on product properties
- Optimization of state-of-the-art process technologies under MP conditions
- Evaluation of new innovative process technologies and their influence on process cains and product properties
- Transfer of lab results to technical environments
- Close collaboration with our teams of cell and process development
Collaboration requires a commitment to scientific supervision by a
university or research institution authorized to award doctorates. The thesis is defined jointly with the supervising professorship.
Your skills
- Master’s degree in material science, industrial engineering, chemistry, physics, or comparable education profiles
- High affinity to experimental tasks and willingness to do a deep dive in battery cell chemistry and manufacturing process technology
- Good communication skills, team–minded, ability to work independently
