Your tasks
Support of the defined international distributors
Approach of all products of BU-Micro
Regular contacts with the key personnel at the distributors
Introduction of new / future battery systems in the distribution market
Development of distribution strategies and their implementation on the market
Coordination with other departments on overarching issues / actions e.g. development, production, logistics, customer service, quality, etc.
Participation in trade fairs / congresses / distribution events
Tracking of incoming orders & "Book to Bill" rate
Sales and PC responsibility for the assigned distributors
Monthly target/actual control on the basis of the budget
Identification of deviations and initiation of remedial/corrective actions
Identification and evaluation of development trends in distribution and competition
Flexibility to travel
What you bring
Completed Bachelor's/Master's/Dipl.-Ing. degree in the field of distribution or comparable qualification
Experience in international distribution of electronic components for B2B
High customer orientation as well as conflict resolution skills and assertiveness
Communicative personality as well as enjoyment of working in a team
Analytical and interdepartmental thinking and acting
